Service Description
Curious about I&E but want to see the space first? Come take a quick tour, meet us, ask questions, and get a feel for the studio before signing up for a class or Studio Access Pass. We’d love to show you around and help you feel comfortable before you jump in!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so on our website/app at least 2 hours before the start time of class. If you are unable to attend within that 2 hour window, please notify us by sending a message to your instructor through the app or a text to the studio at 608-205-8854, so we can open the spot for someone who may be on the waitlist. Refund Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of class time are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Exceptions may be made in the case of a medical, work, or family emergency at the discretion of the studio. Waitlist Policy: If a participant cancels or reschedules, students on the waitlist are notified in order via the Fit by Wix app. Each student has 15 minutes to book before the spot is offered to the next person. If no one claims the spot, it becomes available to the public. You must have the Fit by Wix app and you will need to turn on notifications.
