Service Description
Join Michelle for a casual, welcoming walk through our shared creative space designed for anyone curious about joining the Creative Community. This is your chance to see the rooms, ask questions, and get a real feel for how the space is used day to day for art, dance, music, and connection. We will chat about how the membership works, what it offers, and most importantly, whether it feels like the right fit for you. No pressure, just an honest, relaxed way to explore if Art House can become part of your creative routine.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so on our website/app at least 2 hours before the start time of class. If you are unable to attend within that 2 hour window, please notify us by sending a message to your instructor through the app or emailing iandedancestudio@gmail.com so we can open the spot for someone who may be on the waitlist. Refund Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of class time are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Exceptions may be made in the case of a medical, work, or family emergency at the discretion of the studio. Waitlist Policy: If a participant cancels or reschedules, students on the waitlist are notified in order via the Fit by Wix app. Each student has 15 minutes to book before the spot is offered to the next person. If no one claims the spot, it becomes available to the public. You must have the Fit by Wix app and you will need to turn on notifications. How to cancel or reschedule using the Fit by Wix App ⬇️ Step #1: Download the Fit by Wix App on your phone Step#2: Use the email you originally signed up for class with to create an account Step #3: Join our studio portal by using the invite code use: DZKGFE Step #4: Navigate to your "Upcoming Bookings" and cancel or reschedule as needed
