Sub Request Form

Finding your sub is ultimately your responsibility. This form just helps trigger an email notification to all who can sub for your class style. Other important guidelines with this process:

Fill out the form for each date and class you need a sub for, so all requests stay organized on the back end. :)
Submit at least 1 month in advance when possible.
If preferred, feel free to do your own outreach before submitting the form.
Need a sub for an extended period (more than 3 consecutive weeks)? Skip the form & email Melissa at info@iandedancestudio.com.
No response within a week after completing this form? Follow up via text using the instructor directory.
Once you've got a sub, make sure Melissa is looped in to update the booking calendar.
If a sub hasn't been confirmed 2 days before class, we'll cancel it.
