Move From Within

Move From Within is a unique dance experience, taught by Michelle Malone, that invites you to reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, music, and creative expression. Rooted in somatic movement, this class focuses on how movement feels rather than how it looks.

Each class blends guided improvisation, expressive movement prompts, reflective journaling, and simple choreographed sequences. You'll explore how your body naturally wants to move while learning to release stress, process emotions, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement.

You'll have the opportunity to share your reflections with the group if you choose. While sharing is always optional, we believe there is incredible power in being seen, heard, and supported by others. Creating spaces where people can connect authentically and grow together is at the heart of this experience.
